Week of Giving 2024

April 5th - 12th

To all of our financial supporters, thank you for impacting the next generation with the Gospel of Jesus Chirst! Through the Week of Giving Campaign, we surpassed our goal, raising $20,189.61. These funds will help keep the local ministry of CEF® going, along with your prayers and service.

Ministry Snapshot

Jesus is the great, good news! We are rejoicing that 105 children were impacted with the Gospel through Easter Party Clubs throughout the month of March.

We Care Fundraising & Ministry Event

FREE Family Events at Jefferson Fairgrounds, Saturday May 4th

Visit the CEF Storyhouse for a plane flying contest and adventure story.

Also for kids, touch a truck, balloon animals & pony rides will also be taking place!

Check out the craft & vendor show as well as live music taking plce too.

And don't forget to visit the grandstands for the program Spurred to Victory where you will hear the Gospel from horseback! By witnessing the relationship a horse has with the trainer we can learn about the relationship we should have with our Heavenly Father. A spur in the equine industry would be a device worn on a person’s heel to encourage a horse to move forward. For those that have victory through believing in Jesus, be spurred on to obey God. Watch an engaging horse demonstration as you hear truth from God’s Word.

Ways to Support at the We Care Event

Through participation in this event, you can show your support for the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship® as well as other Christian non-profits: Truth in Nature, Pentz Run & We Care Pregnancy Center.

Fundraising Events at We Care Event:

Walk or run through 3 miles of colorful fun at the Jefferson Fairgrounds. Registration will be at 8am with walk starting at 9am. $20 registration includes T-Shirt. Pre-register by 4/13/24 through texting or calling Erika at 814-229-9308 to save a spot and pick a t-shirt size.
Purchase a meal prepared by Shannon’s Catering! Cost is $10 and the choices are Beef Tips Over Noodles, or Stuffed Chicken Breast. Your meal comes with salad, bread, dessert and side. Meals will be available for pick-up at the event from 2:30-4:30pm. Get you advanced tickets only by calling the CEF® office before April 14^th.
Participate in a cornhole competition! Registration will begin at 10:30am with $10 fee to participate. A partner will be assigned to you and competition will begin at 11:00am at the fairgrounds!
Put your name in for a chance to win one of many basket raffles or purchase baked goods at the event.
